These workshops, for Essential and Advanced subscription clients, starts by changing your mindset around Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) before walking through the stages to configure, design, scale and apply AI to your EDA vision. Running for 2 hours each week for 5 weeks, the Workshop sessions are a mix of theory, exercises and conversation with a Solace expert. In between sessions, you will have a Codelab to complete. Note times below are PST.

This workshop will change your mindset around Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and how it would work in your world. Equipped with a design thinking approach, you’ll see how Solace delivers a business to technology mapping meeting business demands for real-time application integration.
Making it happen on the Mesh
Wednesday Jan 21 | 9am to 11am
This workshop shows you the different deployment options for a network of Brokers. Learn how to navigate the Console to create a Service. Go on to create a Queue, Subscriptions and complete a successful test using TryMe.
Designing Event-Driven Applications

Now you understand EDA thinking, recognise the Broker GUI and the flow from Messages to Queues and Subscriptions. How to map, plan and manage it all? This workshop shows you how to take your EDA vision from Design to Runtime using Event Portal.
Connecting and Automating
Wednesday Feb 4 | 9am to 11am
In this workshop you will extend your Event Mesh understanding via Open Protocols and AsyncAPI (via Event Portal). You’ll add Architectural and Design Patterns into your SDLC framework and CI-CD pipeline.
Extending your Intelligence
Wednesday Feb 11 | 9am to 11am
In this workshop you will learn the the how of monitoring your EDA solution along with plugging Artificial Intelligence into your mesh. Learn how Solace Agent Mesh (aka SAM) can orchestrate your agent suite and be a time saving digital colleague.
